Dear Sirs,
As the Government understands that your Company
contemplates entering into an agreement with the Union
Waterboat Company Limited for the sale of water from your
reservoir on Inland Lot No. 1336 I am instructed to write
warning you that the Government is advised that your
Company has no right whatever under its arrangements with
the Government to enter into such agreement: Accordingly
I hereby give you notice that if your Company persists in
selling water from the said reservoir to the Union Waterboat
Company Limited, or to any other company, firm or person,
the Government will take such steps against your Company
as it may be advised.
In the meanwhile the Government reserves all
its rights against your Company.
